Program Overview

• Minimum Policy Premium:

• $500 on Property

• $500 on General Liability

• $250 on any Inland Marine Schedule

• Policy Deductible:

• $1,000, $2,500, $5,000, $10,000 and $25,000 deductibles available

• Eligible Agents:

• Must have a current property & casualty and brokers license in the state (s) where you will be writing business.

• Complete and file a brokerage agreement with Old Line including a W-9. Brokerage agreement can be downloaded form this web site.

• Provide necessary documentation for the risk.

• Eligible Insureds:

• Hospitality risks that are decorated with period or regional furnishings and provide breakfast to guests and whose primary business is the operation of an underwriting acceptable Inn which may include but is not limited to the following:

• Bed & Breakfasts
• Country Inns
• Homestays
• Guesthouses
• Urban Inns
• Romantic Hotels.
• Available NOW - - VACATION RENTAL PROGRAM (on main screen click Vacation Rental Program)
• Soon to Come - - coverage for Destination Spa's, Fishing & Hunting Lodge's

• Any of the above risks with a restaurant and/or bar exposure at the premise. Receipts from a liquor exposure may not exceed 50% of the restaurant receipts and the liquor-serving facility must close when the restaurant closes.
• Tenant occupied dwellings on the insured premise. We cannot insure stand alone rentals.
• Owner's residence on or off premise.

• Quoting:

• Download our application from this site (go to "Download Innkeepers' Program Application" and download the (.rtf) file), complete, fax (240-405-1450) or e-mail (bill@premierprograms.com) to our office for quoting. We are trying to maintain a 24 hour to 48 hour turn around but leave yourselves some time.

• Workers compensation is not available currently.

• Earthquake rates are immediately available upon request.

• Risks that have a total value of the Building(s), Contents, and Business Income in excess of $5 million dollars must be submitted by our office to the carrier for review. It may take up to 10 business days to recieve a final review and provide you a firm quote. If you do not or cannot provide us that lead time, you may have to ask the clients current carrier for an extension or seek a temporary policy until we recieve the review and are able to produce the quote for you.

• Binding:

• OLD LINE will bind coverage within 24 hours with the following conditions being met:
  1. Receipt of a completed and insured signed application.
  2. Photographs or website with photographs of structures.
  3. Determination that underwritting conditions are satisfied or will be within 30 days.
  4. Receipt of Loss Runs for the last 3 years.
  5. Receipt of payment in full for the premium or a signed finance agreement and corresponding down payment plus state taxes and fees.

• Our delivery target is to forward the Policy within 7 to 10 days.

• If the risk is not approved, you will be notified immediately via telephone, fax or e-mail.

• Claims:

• A dedicated claims department is available for you and your insureds. (Fax Claim Notices to 240 - 405 - 1450)

• Claim processing will commence immediately and insureds will be contacted within 24 hours.

• Paying Premium:
  
  
  • Producing agencies will be net billed for client premium.
    
    
  • Insureds Payment Options
    
    
    • Pay full annual premium to their local agent or
    • Effective 8/1/2004, finance their premium less a down payment and state taxes and fees.
  
  
• Producer Commissions:
  
  
  • Producing agencies can determine their own commission rate. A billing summary will be provided showing a defaulted 10% administrative fee (commission) for your use in billing insureds.
